Welcome to Konnecta. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview of Services

Konnecta is a technology platform that connects users ("Customers") with independent service providers ("Captains") for:

• Ride-hailing services
• Delivery services
• Vehicle rentals

Konnecta does not provide transportation services directly and is not a transportation carrier.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

3. Booking & Service Use

• When you request a service, you are matched with a Captain
• The service is fulfilled by the Captain, not Konnecta
• You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully during all interactions

4. Payments

• Fares are displayed in the app before or during booking
• Payments may be made via mobile money, card, or other supported methods
• You agree to pay all charges incurred for services requested

Konnecta may apply:

• Service fees
• Promotional discounts
• Cancellation fees where applicable

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel a request before a Captain arrives
• Cancellation fees may apply if the Captain has already started the trip or is nearby
• Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions

6. Promotions & Credits

• Promotional offers (discounts, free rides, etc.) are limited-time and may have conditions
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Konnecta reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm Captains
• Engage in illegal activities
• Damage vehicles or goods
• Provide false information

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Konnecta acts as a platform connecting users and Captains
• We do not guarantee availability, timeliness, or quality of services
• Konnecta is not liable for:

• Delays
• Accidents
• Loss or damage of goods
• Actions of Captains

9. Safety

• Always verify the Captain and vehicle details before starting a trip
• Report any issues through the app or support channels

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Konnecta may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
